I've tried to stay...</title><content type='html'>As for the creeper method...  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve tried to stay extra conscious of my thoughts in this pose per your post last week, and I realized that I really only move slowly into it for about the first 10 seconds or so.  I get myself into a decent stretch, which I try to hold/balance for as long as I can, incrementally moving my upper body down and kicking my leg up bit by bit by bit so that by the last 10 seconds, I am trying like hell to get into my deepest part of the pose.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And the entire time, my eyes don&amp;#39;t leave my knee.  And the entire time, I am literally saying to myself, &amp;quot;Kick.  Stretch your arm.  Kick.
